The acoustic version of the song appears in Clarkson’s second EP, iTunes Session. “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)” is a pop-rock song with a length of three minutes and forty-one seconds. Lyrically, the song is about moving on from a nasty ex who won’t leave you alone.
